1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of auraresetlab.com (the "Site") and any digital products, downloads, or services offered by Aura Reset Lab ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Products & License
Most products sold by Aura Reset Lab are digital downloads delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print copies for your own use. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sharing of download links or files, or use of the materials to create derivative products for sale is not permitted. We also offer physical products (such as printed workbooks), which are covered by the shipping terms below.
3. Purchases & Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address — digital delivery is made to the email you provide at checkout.
4. Shipping (Physical Products)
Physical products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not responsible for carrier delays. Please double-check your shipping address — we cannot recover packages sent to an incorrectly entered address. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Refunds
Because most of our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, including physical product returns and what to do if you have trouble accessing your files.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and in our products — including text, graphics, workbooks, journals, logos, and design — is the property of Aura Reset Lab and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Aura Reset Lab™ and related marks may not be used without our prior written permission.
7. Wellness Disclaimer
Aura Reset Lab products are self-guided wellness and journaling tools intended for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately. Your use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.

When you download a free resource or join a waitlist, you consent to receive related emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Third-Party Services
The Site relies on third-party services, including Stripe (payments), Kit (email), and Netlify (hosting and forms). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Reset Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Aura Reset Lab operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
