Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant-download nature of our digital products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the download has been delivered or accessed.

If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us at aurareset.shop@gmail.com and we'll help you get your download.

Physical Products

All sales are final for physical products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us (wrong item shipped) or the item arrived damaged or defective.
